Privacy Policy

We do not store any information given to us during our booking and checkout procedures beyond the period of the hire. 


Delivery Time Frame

We require a minimum of 24 hours between order/payment and despatch unless a delivery upgrade to 'Same-Day' has been purchased.

We send cameras by 48-hour Parcelforce, RM Special delivery or Same Day courier, depending on which delivery service you have selected.

We cannot guarantee delivery on a specific date nor on or by a specific time.


We send to your specified home, work, venue address and addressed to the the hirer unless otherwise instructed.
Cameras arrive 1-2 days prior to your start date. They are with you for a maximum of 4 working days.
If they cameras are not delivered successfully they will go to a central depot and a card left explaining the collection process.
Please be aware that only the named person on the parcel can collect it and photo ID will be required.


Returning the cameras

Pack the cameras into their protective cases

Pack any unused film/paper into the bag. 

Place camera bag into pre-addressed delivery sack (supplied) and seal.

Collections are between 11am and 5pm.


If you miss the courier let us know ASAP so we can re-book the collection and arrange alternative cameras for subsequent hirers.

If the courier doesn't collect on your specified day let us know ASAP so we can re-book the collection for a different day/address.

To send the cameras back by RM Special Delivery Next Day contact us so we can give you our specific return instructions.


Multiple failed collections may forfeit your security deposit

Once all elements of the hire have been returned we refund/release your security deposit.

We also refund 30% of the cost for all unopened film/paper packs if returned at the same time.


Refund Policy

We want to make sure you are 100% happy. If a delivery fails to arrive we will endeavour to send a replacement in time for your event. If a camera arrives broken or develops a fault please use the back-up camera provided within each hire pack. If both cameras become faulty or break please let us know ASAP. All film/paper refunds are based on the film being unused and unopened and returned to us at the same time as the cameras.

The equipment on hire shall always remain the full legal & absolute property of

The Hirer has no authority to assign, sell or re-hire the equipment without the express permission of (the Company).


The Hirer shall take all reasonable care of the equipment to ensure it is not lost, stolen or damaged in any way during the period of the hire. does not warrant or guarantee the equipment but takes all care to ensure the equipment is in fully operational condition at the time of despatch.


A check list of items is supplied and it is the Hirer’s responsibility to check this list upon receipt & to ensure all parts are returned after the period of hire. Any shortage of the listed items at the time of return to will be fully billed to the Hirer.


The Hirer is fully responsible for the safe keeping of the equipment. If the equipment is lost, or stolen the Hirer will be held fully responsible & will be charged per item dependant upon which cameras are hired. There are no exceptions to this policy.


The Hirer shall notify the immediately in the event of loss or theft of the equipment. Please notify the company by email



If the hire is cancelled before commencing, the following penalty applies; 

28+ days before the hire starts NO PENALTY

7-28 days before the hire start 25% of the Monies paid

1 – 6 days before the hire starts 50% of the Monies paid



The Hirer will be required to pay a mandatory REFUNDABLE SECURITY DEPOSIT for each hire pack (up to a maximum of £750).

The RSD will be returned when the all equipment is checked by the Company and found to be complete & in good condition.

The RSD will be paid back to your card, PayPal or by BACS.



If the hire pack is returned late, part or all of the RSD shall be forfeited at the discretion of



If you wish to extend the hire period, please contact the company as soon as possible to arrange and pay for an extension period.


DELIVERY OF EQUIPMENT will despatch & collect the hired equipment by Courier unless a delivery upgrade has been purchased.

This takes 1- 2 working days, we will request delivery to be on or before the date stated on the booking form.

For bookings that are less than 2 working days away we will use Special Delivery™ Next Day 1pm. The surcharge for this is £25 per hire. cannot accept responsibility for non performance of Royal Mail or courier company in respect of delivery dates and times.

The hired equipment will require a signature from the person hiring the equipment when it is delivered to the address specified on the booking form.



The cameras are sent out in individual cases and also in a padded camera/laptop bag.



The hired equipment will be collected by the Couriers by 17.00 on the date specified on the booking form. cannot accept responsibility for non performance of Royal Mail or any courier company in respect of collection.



The Hirer shall at all times fully indemnify against all actions, costs, claims, legal proceedings & liability from the associated use of the hired equipment. The Company will accept no responsibility for any legal action on behalf of the Hirer’s use of the hired equipment.



The hired equipment will only be despatched if the full payment due has been received and cleared.

INSURANCE includes accidental damage cover with every hire. Stolen or lost cameras are not insured by us the Hirer will be held fully responsible and will be charged per item dependant upon which cameras are hired but usually £150 per item (accessory or camera).
