Privacy Policy

We do not store any information given to us during our booking and checkout procedures beyond the period of the hire. 

Delivery Time Frame

We require a minimum of 24 hours between order/payment and despatch.

We send cameras by 48-hour Parcelforce or RM Special delivery depending on which delivery service you have selected.

We cannot guarantee delivery on a specific date nor on or by a specific time.

 

Delivery
We send to your specified home, work, venue address and addressed to the the hirer unless otherwise instructed.
Cameras arrive 1-2 days prior to your start date. They are with you for a maximum of 4 working days.
If they cameras are not delivered successfully they will be automatically re-attempted the next working day.
If your parcels are re-directed to a sorting depot, only the named person on the parcel can collect it and photo ID will be required.

We cannot take responsibility for cameras that fail to arrive once sent and within the delivery company's tracking system.

For failed camera deliveries we will refund your order in full once we receive the cameras back from you or the delivery company.

Returning the cameras

Pack the cameras into their protective cases

Pack any unused film into the bag. 

Place camera bag into pre-addressed delivery sack (supplied) and seal.

Collections are between 9am and 5pm. We cannot specify a time.

 

If you miss the courier let us know ASAP so we can re-book the collection and arrange alternative cameras for subsequent hirers.

If the courier doesn't collect on your specified day let us know ASAP so we can re-book the collection for a different day/address.

To send the cameras back by RM Special Delivery Next Day contact us so we can give you our specific return instructions.

 

Multiple failed collections may forfeit your security deposit

Once all elements of the hire have been returned we refund/release your security deposit.

We also refund 30% of the cost for all unopened film if returned at the same time.

 

Refund Policy

We want to make sure you are 100% happy. If a delivery fails to arrive we will endeavour to send a replacement in time for your event. If a camera arrives broken or develops a fault please use the back-up camera provided within each hire pack. If both cameras become faulty or break please let us know ASAP. All film/paper refunds are based on the film being unused and unopened and returned to us at the same time as the cameras.
